Our Lady of Consolation provides services for the treatment of all respiratory problems 24 hours per day and is supervised by a Medical Director, Board Certified in Pulmonary Medicine, and by a team of licensed Respiratory Therapists and support staff. All members of the respiratory care team understand respiratory physiology, pulmonary diseases, mechanics of ventilation and the management of respiratory equipment so as to assure the patient high quality care and effective therapy.

The scope of care includes mechanical ventilation, BiPAP and CPAP therapy, bronchodilator therapy, aerosols and humidification therapy, oxygen therapy,  tracheostomy care, chest physical therapy, emergency and elective endotracheal intubation, arterial blood gas puncture and analysis and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
