West Islip, NY 11795 – Our Lady of Consolation Nursing & Rehabilitative Care Center will host a free community health and wellness fair on Wednesday, October 13, 2004 from 3pm until 7pm in Our Lady of Consolation’s auditorium, located at 111 Beach Drive in West Islip. Featured exhibitors include the Adelphi University New York Statewide Breast Cancer Hotline & Support Program, Long Island Council on Alcoholism & Drug Dependence, Long Island Eye, the Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation, the Smoking Cessation Program from the Suffolk County Health Department and many more. Tours of Our Lady of Consolation, free health screenings, mini massages and refreshments will also be available.
