West Islip, NY 11795 – Our Lady of Consolation is proud to announce the appointment of Jennifer S. James, RN, as the new Director of Performance Improvement, Compliance Officer and Risk Management.

Prior to joining Our Lady of Consolation, Jennifer James worked for the New York State Department of Health for a year and half as a Long Term Care Investigator/Surveyor and prior to that spent 13 years working for the Riverhead Nursing Home as a Head Nurse, Supervisor, Risk Manager, and Quality Assurance Director.

Jennifer resides in Aquebogue with her three children, Rachael, Marisa and Dylan.

Our Lady of Consolation is a 450-bed nursing and rehabilitative care center conducted in the tradition of the Sisters of St. Dominic since 1894 and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
