West Islip, NY 11795 — Our Lady of Consolation is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. David Siskind as the new Medical Director of Medical Services.

Prior to joining Our Lady of Consolation, Dr. Siskind was an attending Physician for Long Term Care at Birchwood Health for eight years. Dr. Siskind is Board Certified in Family Practice and a Certified Medical Director by the American Medical Directors Association.

Dr. Siskind resides in Syosset with his wife Donna and their three children.

Our Lady of Consolation is a 450-bed nursing and rehabilitative care center conducted in the tradition of the Sisters of St. Dominic since 1894 and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
